Yeehah!

I made this altered mailbox for my daughter to give to her friend for her birthday. I hate just giving kids a gift card in their birthday card - it doesn't feel like your giving them anything. So, my solution is to put it inside a cute little altered mailbox!
Colors: Barn Red, Cocoa, Black
Papers: Sarsaparilla paper pack
Stamps: Horseshoes, Yeehaw

Happy Birthday Dad!

I made this card for my Dad's birthday. It was inspired by a fellow consultant. I just love that it can be masculine or feminine!

Colors: Sweet Leaf, Vineyard Berry, Cocoa, Twilight
Papers: Emporium paper pack (I can't get enough of this stuff!)
Stamps: Chocolate Alpha Small, Happy Birthday, Star Struck, Blue Jeans, Spot On Backgrounds, Precious Alpha
Accessories: Vineyard Berry Ribbon, Pewter clip

Hey There Cupcake!

Tresa Black posted one of these a while back and I knew I would have to make one! Mine didn't turn out as wonderful as hers, but I'm still pretty proud of it.

I had thoughts of turning this into a class, but it took many hours to make! So, if you want to see the tutorial, check out Tresa's site here.

I used the Emporium paper pack (again - I just love this paper!), lots of ribbon, large paper flowers from the Big Pinks collection, Cupcake Sprinkle and Dainty Thoughts stamp sets and chocolate brads.

Wouldn't this be a wonderful card for someone you don't buy gifts for, but want to do something extra special?

Have a great stamping day!

Stamp Camp Projects!

I finally had some time to play! Here are the projects we will make at Stamp Camp on Thursday, February 12th.

The first project is a fancy little bag - great for giving a small gift!

Colors: Crystal Blue, Twilight
Papers: Emporium paper pack (new!)
Stamps: February Word Puzzle
Accessories: Crystal Blue Organdy Ribbon

The second project is a card made with the February Stamp of the Month, Easter Eggs. That's right! It's a set of 19 different eggs - all of them have some sort of pattern on them - and one sentiment.

I made the border and the flower with two of the eggs from the set! Gotta think outside the box so you can use those stamps year round!

Colors: Sweet Leaf, Crystal Blue, Twilight
Papers: Emporium paper pack
Stamps: Easter Eggs (border, flower); Rustic Flowers (flower center); Dainty Thoughts (sentiment)
Accessories: Pewter Designer Brads (new!)
