Isn't this cute! So easy to make!Start with a piece of cardstock 4 1/4 x 11. Fold in half; fold will be at the top. Using a coluzzle circle template or a 1 3/8" circle punch, punch a half circle in the fold. Use a scallop punch to create the neckline.
Next, put the card in your trimmer with the fold to the right and lined up to the 1 3/4" mark and cut in 1/2" on each side to create the sleeves.
Using a ruler or your paper trimmer, cut the angle from the bottom corner to the 1/2" cut to create the sides of the shirt (or dress, if you prefer).
Decorate as you like!
