You will need:
5 ½ x 8 ½ White Daisy CS scored at 4 1/4" for a top fold card.
5 ½ x 4 ¼ patterned paper
1 x 5 ½ and 1 ¼ x 5 ½ Stripe B&T
1 ¼ x 5 ½ and 1 ½ x 5 ½ Black cardstock
White Daisy scraps
Stamps: frame (make sure the border is thin), image to go in frame
Directions:
Adhere Lilac Mist B&T to bottom half of card.
Adhere 1 1/2" border to top of B&T
Stamp frame 1/2" from bottom and left side
Stamp Happy Birthda to the right of the frame
Stamp "pull" on white cs and cut out. (you can also just stamp this on the end of the pull strip)
Stamp frame and image inside frame on white cs and cut out.
Cut out inside of frame on card (keep card open so you are only cutting through one side of base) using the cutting knife and versamat. Use finishing files to clean up inside edges as needed.
Fold over card and stamp an image inside frame.
Open card and lay pull strip 1/2" from the left and 7/8" from the bottom (or whatever dimensions you need to center in cut frame). Adhere pop dot strips (cut straight pieces from what's left of pop dot packaging when dots are removed) above and below the stip - to hold the strip in place. Adhere another pop dot strip on inside end of pull strip. Position the stamped, cut-out frame over the the cut-out frame on card front and attach to pop dot strip on the pull strip.
Use additional pop dot material (or cut up pop dots) along inside edge of card. Fold down card to seal. Be sure to avoid the pull strip area when sealing.
I hope this makes sense! It took some time to figure them out when I made it, so don't get frustrated right away!
