I saw two separate techniques that I really liked and decided to combine them on one card. I made the ribbon flower from directions I found here. It was a bit tricky, but worth the effort!The paper pleating is very simple: start with a thin strip of patterned paper (2" x desired length) and score it at 3/4", 1", 1 3/4", 2", etc. along the entire length. Then fold the strip in following manner: under, back, over, back, under, back, over, back until the entire strip is pleated. Adhere just the top of the pleated strip to your project, using strong adhesive.
