I was inspired to make this project by one that I saw on Tracey Mason's site. Hers was larger and more ornate (it was for a wedding gift). I wanted to make one for a teenager's birthday gift.
There is a slit cut into the top two layers that holds a gift card. You can see a better picture of this below. The bottom comes off to hold a small gift item.I love how it turned out! Hope you enjoy it!
